disappointing service

<p>i ordered flowers to be delivered on the 8th of Jan to a senior citizen. it was a very special day for this dear old lady, needless to say she never got the flowers as ordered. i ordered and paid for the flowers 3 days in advance and still asked them on email to confirm that all is in order and that delivery will take place as requested. they confirmed in writing that all is in order for the delivery on the said day. </p> <p>i called in to speak to a manager on the 9th of jan, they were ALL apparently busy with interviews and i was assured that A Manager would call me the same day, needless to say today is the 11th and i am still waiting for the call :(</p> <p>Absolutely disgusting service, i definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>their adverts & website boasts a "same day service" delivery, utter *******! they dont live up to their advertising values & principles.</p>
