Disappointing Service

<p>Ordered flowers over the internet for my mom. Paid R500 for the arrangement. What she received was not wat was advertised on the website. not worth R500. The vase used was not as advertised and the arrangement look untidy and unprofessional. The order was done and sent out by Shelley centre florist isn Shelley beach.</p> <p>I have lodge a complaint to netflorist, the response was that i recieved what i ordered. i have pictures available, but do not want to download</p> <p> </p>
