Disappointing service

I have placed 2 orders in recent months and was disappointed both times.

The 1st order was supposed to come with prosecco and was a surprise gift...which landed up being 2 deliveries instead.not a surprise at all.

I then place an order for same day delivery which was delivered the next day!

Very disappointing.

I emailed a complaint and have had zero response to it.
