Disappointing Quality

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the red roses delivered to me. They look atleast 3 weeks old! The color is so dark from what should be red to looking maroon black dead The petals look like they have been through a war The reality is your prices are expensive and the lack of quality received isn't worth it
