Disappointing Product Quality

My mom's birthday was yesterday. I had ordered a bunch of lilies together with a box of Lindt chocolates. The box of chocolates was not delivered, and the bunch of lilies were in a bad condition. The actual product is definitely not a reflection of the product advertised on the website. I was hoping to make my mom's day a special one. However, once I had seen the condition of the lilies, I was rather embarrassed. This was the first time that I had used Netflorist, and to be quite honest I will not be using them again.
