Disappointing NetFlorist Service

NetFlorist has disappointed yet again. I thought I would give them one last try for my mother's birthday this year after they failed to deliver a package last year on Mother's Day. I sit in another province and it would mean the world to me to give her something on a special day while I can't physically be there. When I raise queries the call agents simply end the call with no regard to my needs, after I try handle the matter calmly. NetFlorist... GET A NEW BRAND MANAGER because someone needs to know how to save this brands reputation and perhaps try to train your call center people to actually know how to address a clients needs...
