Disappointing Netflorist

I ordered a new baby gift for a friend however what I ordered as per the online catalogue and what I recieved was chalk and cheese The gift arrived squashed and crumpled and a day late. Sad when someone recieves a gift of this quality especially when celebrating a happy occasion like the birth of a new baby.
