Disappointing level f service

This is now the second time whereby I have had a problem with Netflorist. First time they did not deliver my parcel on the date they said they would. Now, I paid for an order and they tell me afterwards that is of of stock! Inconvenience much?! How was it on the website and how could I carry on with process and actually pay for it only for it to be out of stock? I am very dissatisfied with the service.
