Disappointing flower delivery

They did not have stock of the flowers that I ordered. First they told me they would get them the next day and deliver a day late. Then late in the afternoon of the next day they told me they could not get the flowers at all and I must choose something else, which I was not in position to do. So I told them to cancel the order and refund me. A short time later they phoned again to tell me they had sourced the flowers in Durban (for delivery in Cape Town the next day). What was delivered was not what I ordered and very disappointing.
