Disappointing Experience with NetFlorist Delivery Service

Dear NetFlorist Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your recent service. Despite informing your call center of the closing time for delivery, the order was not delivered as promised. The agent assured me that the delivery would be redirected to the recipient's home, but this did not happen. The following day, the gift was still undelivered, and the agent offered no solution or apology. Furthermore, the agent's tone was unprofessional.

Due to this experience, I will not be using your service again and will be recommending your competitors instead.
