Disappointing experience with Netflorist

One star is actually generous in light of the experience I had with Netflorist.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for delivery to my girlfriend on Valentines day which cost me R629.90. When my girlfriend told me that she had been notified of the arrival of her flowers I became very excited to see her response because I had gone out of my way to organize the flowers for her. When she sent me a picture of what had arrived I was horrified to see that the wrong flowers had been delivered! Not only was it a pathetic little arrangement, but the cost which I compared on the website was R200 less than what I had paid! Naturally I called and emailed Netflorist immediately to find out what happened and give them a chance to rectify their mistake but I could not get through and have heard nothing back almost a week later. I will NEVER buy from Netflorist again and strongly urge you to consider an alternative option when buying flowers for a special occasion.
