Disappointing display

I was delivered a gaudy pink pot filled with light red and green anthuriums - an absolute sight for sore eyes. Misrepresentation to perfection - what you see is NOT what you get. Instead of replacing the hideous delivery - to their credit and easy way out, I was offered R100 voucher. Thanks but no thanks.
