Disappointing delivery process

Very disappointed with my recent purchase, ordered a gift to be delivered at a business address on Saturday the 19th August, did the delivery guy not only reach out to the receiver at 7:30pm , what business is still open that time? The guy thought it best for himself to deliver last because apparently he lives in that area, so unprofessional and from the ordering process was promised delivery before 1pm, very disappointed....But the gift was personalized gift was very nice and receiver loved it at least
