Disappointing Delivery

I ordered a floral item for my sister's birthday on the 28th Feb 2022. Utterly disappointed that it looked over grown, wilted and wrapped so untidy. I complained on 2 emails to Netflorist this morning but got no response...I would like some sort of resolution from Netflorist....
