Disappointing deliveries

My experience with NetFlorist has been consistently disappointing, to the point where I can no longer rely on them for important or any deliveries.

Every single order I’ve placed has arrived late, regardless of how early the order was made. Most recently, the order was made at 7am 27th March 2025, flowers were marked as dispatched around midday, yet by 7pm they still hadn’t been delivered. This completely defeats the purpose of sending flowers for a special occasion during the day.

What makes matters worse is the complete lack of transparency. There is no way to track deliveries or get real-time updates, and once it’s after 5pm, there’s no support available to follow up. You’re essentially left in the dark, hoping the delivery eventually arrives.

It also undermines the sentiment behind the gift. You write a thoughtful note like “enjoy your day,” only for the flowers to arrive late in the evening or at night as they say delivers can be expected at 8pm, when the moment has already passed.

The most frustrating part is that this isn’t a once-off issue, it happens often. For the price being charged, you’d expect quality and reliability, but instead the flowers don’t last long and the overall value for money is extremely poor.

Overall, this service is unreliable, overpriced, and consistently fails to deliver on its promise.
