Disappointing and unreliable service

I placed an order on delivery date was confirmed to be the 4th January when tracking my order the status changed from being released to canceled I immediately reached out to someone on their chat who was very dismissive and told me it's a system glitch my order will be delivered on the 5th January. No one informed me about the order moved to the next day and no apology whatsoever. Very disappointing!
