Disappointing and frustrating ???? service that makes me vomit

Trust that you all in good spirit,

Kindly find the attached picture of of my order which is, *** and advise if you were to receive this kinds of roses will you be Happy with the service.

To start with I requested the order to be sent out today just 15minutes I did the payment,the order was not out and not prepared. This flowers shows that they were prepared yesterday and driver went with them at home and just brought them inn 1st thing in the morning which its pathetic really,worse part I get a call this morning from one of your employees who took me for a fool and was very rude if possible retrieve the call for this morning.

All this is being an insult to me this morning,I just got turned to be a fool,after I depended on you to deliver best services as you do to others,or is this some kinda service we get due to colour of the person.

Im not happy with your service and it's the second time such happen to me im really heart broken may day is a mess thanks to Netflorist.

Please note I won't except my wife taking those flowers home looking like that worse part she's using public transport.

It's funny when I sent through the end as a pop was told it's not acceptable had to do means in contacting my bank and getting pop to send you and this is the service I get from you.

Would you kindly resolve this matter today and exchange the order with another one which is the same and they fresh to my wife before day end which is 15:00 and please don't be telling me that she needs to await for couple days for them to bloom because I always get that which is not true.
