Disappointing

I'm very disappointed in netflorist.I ordered a cake on mothers day and it was not delivered despite promises,I called numerous times and more promises from them but they were not meet .Now I have to settle for a refund which will take another five days.I am not a happy customer and will not be using netflorist again!
