Disappointing

I made an order two weeks in advance and the package didn't arrive. The next day I tracked my order and saw that they had cancelled it without refunding me. When I emailed them and sent a chat message on the website no one responded. The day after that I called the call center. The person on the line apologized and said I would get a call later that day. I didn't. I have just tried to call them, and the automatic voice mail says I've called outside business hours which are from 7:30am Mon - Fri. It's 07:52 on a Friday. It was a gift for my husband, which was meant to arrive in time for Valentines Day. I'm highly annoyed.
