disappointing

I Made an order on the 26th Of April for a gift for a very close friend of mine , delivery date to be made on the 8th of May.

i received an email on the 7th of May stating that my purchase cannot be delivered due to the purchase being a non essential (alcohol) which i understand, they then gave me a voucher so i could purchase something else, but then i noticed that the delivery date with only be 13th may or 1 June, in my opinion i feel like this is unfair as i already paid for it and they informed me the day before delivery suppose to take place. i made contact with them and no response , it makes no sense for the gift to be delivered on the 13th as i wanted it to be delivered on the 8th of may .
