Disappointed with the service

I placed an order for flowers for my daughter’s birthday on Sunday for delivery on Wednesday for her birthday. I tracked the order and was told that it’s upon delivery. She unfortunately never received it as it only arrived at 5 pm and she had left work Very disappointed with the service
