Disappointed with NetFlorist - Received Old, Wilted, and Bruised Roses

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of flowers delivered by NetFlorist. The roses received looked old, wilted, and dead upon arrival. As seen in the photos, the outer petals are heavily discolored, bruised, and dying around the edges. This is far below the fresh, high-quality standards expected from a service like NetFlorist. I have reached out to customer service regarding order #*** and am waiting for a prompt resolution, either through a replacement of fresh flowers or a full refund.
