DISAPPOINTED WITH NETFLORIST INTERNATIONAL SERVICE

My order was placed on a Friday in Cape Town for delivery in Australia on the following Tuesday for my father's 95th birthday. My order never arrived on that Tuesday. I called Netflorist on the very next day, Wednesday, to let them know about it. A whole week went by and I was totally ignored. I eventually learnt from my family in Australia that my order finally arrived on the following Tuesday (with a whole week delay!). All my daily phone calls and emails sent to Netflorist informing them that my order had not been delivered days after my dad's birthday remained unanswered and although I asked them to cancel my order and send me a refund, they still went ahead, without informing me, and delivered the order nevertheless WITH ONE WEEK'S DELAY which, to me, was totally unacceptable. They never came back to me with an explanation and nor did they apologise for their pathetic service. It was a total disaster and waste of money and I am sad to say that NETFLORIST is no longer what it used to be in the past. I will never use Netflorist again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
