Disappointed with delivery

Their delivery time for businesses are 8-5pm. Disappointed my mum's birthday flowers did not reach her on her birthday as they arrived at 6pm at the premises. Insane considering they don't keep you abreast and they charge such insane delivery every fees for same day delivery. Will not use them again.
