Disappointed - Poor communication

Communication is bad. I enquired about my delivery for the 14th of Feb. I was informed that my delivery woulf be on the 14th latest at 5pm as it’s a business adress. I haven’t received my package nor was there communicated with me. Bad service, absolutely disappointed.
