Disappointed!!!! Pathetic service

Ordered a very beautiful gift for my Mom to be delivered a day before mothers day i did my payment i received confirmation only to get an email today on the 8th of May that they will not deliver ... Mother's day is Sunday ... they have a cheek to give me a cash in a voucher for my next purchase what am i supposed to now how do i get my Mother a Gift and why would i even want to shop from them again... Netflorist should not use Lockdown rules as an excuse than rather not accept people's money and then say you cannot give the service they paid for and return a dirty voucher for next purchase
