Disappointed - Netflorist Customer

Very disappointed in the get well nestle box, expected much more from Netflorist not to have just a few chocolates thrown in the box. I did not receive the get well balloon ordered with the package. Poor presentation of the package. This was once that I received pics of the gift. we are always using Netflorist for business and personal reasons on the other occasions I fear to imagine what the gift was presented like. Netflorist should have a certain standard and review their stores on a quarterly basis considering the complaints received.
