Disappointed in the product, the service was fasr

Ordered one of the clocks as a gift. Described as a wooden clock with laser cut design. In actual fact it is printed picture with a very glossy finish- not what I had hoped for from the description or picture. The woodgrain from the picture is also just printed. Service and delivery was fast and efficient.
