Disappointed in goods received

I have placed an order on the 12 of February to have the order in time, knowing i dont have to do the run around giving my loved one a perfect valentine's gift, But im really disappointed with that all the chocolates melted and given me the run around to replace the chocolates and costing me more than budgeted,

I do understand that i was hot but at least try to keep the chocolates out of the heat, after this experience i will think twice to order again so i paid twice for chocolates, I could've done the shopping myself fron the start and creating my own gift,

So yes i am not very happy at all and really disappointed,
