Disappointed for the price paid

Disappointed. Not correctly packaged. Box where the personalised golf ***** were supposed to be in was empty and the round cut outs where too big to hold the actual ball. The ***** were put in another box next to tbe empty display box. Charged 2x delivery fees for one address despite having clicked on "apply to all" as told. The discount received only app**** to one.
