Disappointed customer.

Only a third of my order was delivered. Netflorist did not have the decency to advise they were not able to meet our requirements. I had to contact them. They appologied profusely but I doubt if they understand that they have failed a customer who re**** on their expertize to deliver a birthday present to someone special.
