Disappointed customer

Ordered an XL sympathy arrangement The arrangement sent looks like nothing in the picture or description. It looks like a SMALL arrangement Has white roses instead of peach and has no tiny carnations. Total *******. Rather buy an arrangement yourself and take it than send it by delivery. So so disappointed....the arrangement is not the value of monies spent
