Disappointed customer

I have been ordering from Netflorist for the past few years as I thought that their same day delivery promise was amazing. Unfortunately not one of my orders have been delivered on early. My latest purchase from them I made on 27 May 2021 to be delivered on 31 May 2021 as that would give them sufficient time to prepare and deliver my order early. Netflorist only delivered by 16:55pm which I felt was very unfair really. I cannot use their services anymore as I am truly disgusted by the way they treat customers. No one calls you back or answers any emails so for me that shows they dont care about their clients. I won't be making use of their services anymore.
