Disappointed Customer

Very Disappointed, was informed by email my wife signed for her delivery. Only to find out the delivery was signed for by the receptionist after hours. The flowers were dead and brown by the morning when my wife was told she must come to reception to fetch her delivery. This os not the service I expected from Netflorist.
