Disappointed customer

I ordered a tulip basket for my mum, delivery was done as promised but the basket came with 1 single tulip that's half dried . Not acceptable service especially with the price , contacted customer care sent it all relevant information and proof of purchase and since 10 this morning no one has gotten back ,really disappointing especially when its a gift for a loved one
