Disappointed
Hi,
I called net florist to place an order for flowers that was supposed to be dropped off to my wife for her birthday. I called my wife at approximately 16:25 to see if she received the flowers, just to find out the flowers were not delivered. I then called Net Florist at approximately 16:30 to follow and i was left disappointed.
I spoke to Goodness Ramajoama who is the consultant. I then requested to speak to the supervisor Linden Jacobs, who was apparently not available. I was kept on hold for a good few minutes with no assistance.
I was then told by Goodness Ramajoama that a security guard had signed for the delivery. The delivery was for Aneesa Ismail and i am not sure who is the security that the driver delivered the flowers to.
I then requested to speak to the manager Wandel Adams and he was not in as well.
I am totally disappointed in the poor service from net florist. Can someone please contact me ***. My order number was ***.

I spoke to Muzammel and a few other agents who could not assist. I am currently speaking to Brenda Matayaya and i was informed by Brenda that Wendall and Linden has a senior by the name of Cazley Manuel. I requested to speak to speak to Cazley Manuel and he was also not available to talk. I then requested for Brenda to ask Cazley to call me. I gave my details to Brenda.
