Disappointed

I've used Netflorist twice, once to receive a gift and once to send one. Both times were just a nightmare. The first time the driver took the parcel to the adrress given by the sender. I had changed it to the correct address and they refused to bring it to me. I had gotten confirmation that the address was changed to the correct one. The sender had to go fetch the parcel from the Netflorist driver and deliver it to me herself.

The second time, I waited from 15:45 for my parcel as the driver said he would be here in 15 minutes. At 18:15 I received an email saying my parcel has been recieved and signed for. After various calls to the driver I received my parcel at 21:40. That's almost 5 hours later!!! The worst part is I emailed Netflorist and they haven't bothered responding to my email. So disappointing for such a reputable company.
