Disappointed and Unhappy "Discounted means poor quality"

Recieved a discount on a beautiful bouquet with 50 red roses, According to the website, The original price was advertised for R1799 this was just for the 50 roses,As per my discount I was to pay R299 with free delivery, Bouquet looked beautiful, I took advantage and placed an order for my loved one,

Only for them to send the person a message letting them know that they are going to be surprised the next day, and wanted to confirm availability, This was extremely upsetting, Suorise completely wasted ,

The bouquet was purchased for my sister, She told me the flowers where so beautiful however she had to tell me that they where of very poor quality, The roses parts of the roses where black, yellow, over bloomed, and the stems where black,

I'm wondering have I recieved such poor quality flowers because I got it at a discounted rate?, If this is the case than this should be mentioned before someone purchases,

I was completely embarrassed to see what flowers where delivered, I am very upset and disappointed, I will be awaiting a response for this complaint ....
