Disappointed and stuck with unwanted flowers

I'm so disappointed with the service i got. I ordered roses online, made the payment. The following day i got an email explaining that they don't have stock, they gave me an alternative i could choose but i opted to wait until they got stock. To my surprise, the following day i got a delivery of the very alternative i had clearly said i do not want. I phoned them same day and asked them to arrange for collection, they apologized and promised to collect the wrong order. Nobody ever came to collect, a week later i got an email saying my correct order is on it's way, a day later another email came saying my order was delivered but it wasn't. I'm so disappointed and shocked at how pathetic their service has become.
