Disappointed and hopeless in the service

Disappointed in the service and way of doing things Netflorist has become reowned for , first time my order was incomplete i had to tail them to get the missing item and they never apologized this time they send a candy jar instead of a gown. Like seriously and they dont apologise again life goes on really am out of words with these guys and my emails are even ignored ,
