Disappointed and Embarrassed... Never to return

I ordered two wreathes as per the following two orders :*** and ***. I saw a decent sized wreathe and ordered two on behalf of family. What I received was a much smaller wreath which caused me so much embarrassment. I couldn't even bring myself to take a photo of the wreathe to show the family who were unable to attend the funeral. I sent a complaint via email to which there has been no response.
