Disappointed and embarrassed

Hi NetFlorist,

I’m extremely disappointed with the plant that was delivered to my friend for their birthday today.

It didn’t even have a single flower on it — just soil in a pot.

This is completely different from the online representation, which showed a flowering plant.

I’m honestly embarrassed, as I had trusted your service to deliver something special.

Really disheartened by the level of service received.
