Disappointed

Order flowers and a bunny for each of my Just been diagnosed with cancer and wanted to send my kids each a special ' I love you ' (1 at home in Pretoria and the other 2 Capetown UCT) Ordered flowers and a fluffy bunny for each of them 17th Oct 2024 at before 11am. Delivery to take place the following day, 18th October . The Pretoria delivery went smoothly but so disappointed with Netflorist Cape Town. Half of one of the CT orders arrived around 15.30 pm. The driver gave my daughter a package and said the flowers had been delivered to someone else. He said the flowers would be delivered the next day.He asked her not to open the package until he had delivered the flowers because he needed to take a photo of flowers and sealed bag. My other CT order -the recipient didn't answer her phone so the driver didn't even bother to try and deliver the gift on the off chance that there might be other people at home( there were 4 other people) who could have collected the gift on behalf of my daughter . Only one out of 3 of my children have received both the flowers and fluffy bunnies. The other has just received the fluffy bunny and the third one has received nothing.
