Disappointed

I ordered flowers for a friend whose birthday was yesterday 25.11.2019 just after 10. The flowers are still not delivered. They said they tried calling her and she said wrong no. The same number I call her on and speak to her every day. I'm extremely ****ed. When I called in and queried the order, they said my order is not the only order going out today and the flowers will be delivered during the course of the day. It totally defeats the purpose delivering flowers a day later. I’ll never use them again and will not recommend them ever!
