Disappointed

I ordered flowers online before 07:30 in the morning for same day delivery. It was my daugthers birthday on Thursday. No delivery on Thursday. No call. On Friday morning I lodged a complaint. Still no feedback from them by the way.At +/- 1:30 pm on Friday afternoon I got a call from a gent saying that they were not able to deliver to the school and would deliver to my home address on Sat.I explained my frustration and he promised to call my daughter to apologize so I was somewhat mollified. I confirmed her cell number and the time they needed to call. I told my daughter to keep her phone on hand to expect a call. No call was ever received. Delivery was promised for Saturday.Saturday morning I called to confirm the order. The lady on the phone was unable to confirm the time that we could expect this. So was I then expected to wait around at home all Saturday? Needless to say they were delivered on Saturday. Not her birthday. Special occasion missed :( Not even one extra rose either. I have used them often and I have to say that I am very disappointed. Not Thu or Fri, no call and not very apologetic either...DISAPPOINTING NETFLORIST
