Disappointed

I arranged flowers on 27/11/2023 for my wife as it is was anniversary. I contacted NetFlorist to advise them that the recipient will be leaving her place of work at 16:00 but the response I got was that they can only promise delivery before 17:00 which was not feasible. She then opted for Wednesday 29 delivery at work but she got a call after 16:00 asking her if they can deliver at home on 28/11/2023, she agreed to that but no delivery was made. I'm not using NetFlorist again. Very disappointed ☹️
