Disappointed

I ordered flowers yesterday, when you order it shows the delivery date, ordered before 12 knowing that the flowers will be delivered the same day. no communication at all, I call today they say driver didn't deliver he says he had a lot of orders. why process orders that cant be delivered? if i hadn't checked no one would have said anything and yesterdays flowers would be delivered today all dead.
