Disappointed

I placed a birthday gift order well in advance and took extra care to confirm the customization details at the time of purchase. I even followed up through an assistant to ensure everything was correct. Despite these precautions, the gift arrived with the wrong name and surname—on a personalized item, no less. This was incredibly disappointing, especially coming from a brand with such a strong reputation.
