Disappointed

I placed an order for a White Rose flower cupcake to be delivered in Pietermaritzburg, there was no indication once my money had been taken that this was not able to be delivered in this area, the Capital of KZN. I was contacted by Lindiwe via email saying that the cupcake vase was not available and the arrangement would be delivered in a pottery vase instead. Well the arrangement arrived in a glass vase and looked nothing like the picture displayed on the website, it was a mixed arrangement of 6 white roses, sprigs of a small purple flower and green foliage, pretty enough but not what I had ordered. I expressed my disappointment to Lindiwe and attached a pic of the arrangement for her consideration. Sadly she did not reply .... Netflorist your customer service clearly needs attention!!!!
