Disappointed

I paid and ordered a delivery on 10 March 2021. The delivery was supposed to be on 12 March 2021. On 17 March I was contacted saying that the person who should receive the gift was no longer in Hospital. I was not surprised as the gift was 7 days late. The gift was delivered on 18 March, but the one piece was broken. When I called the call center the woman who helped me was not very eager to help, nor did it sound like she wanted to help me. As a returning customer I am disappointed!
